What images are best for the embroidery on the outside cover?

The ideal image for embroidery a high-quality image file (i.e. .PNG, .JPEG). Low-quality images and photos do not lead to the results we or our customers expect. We suggest perusing www.embroiderydesigns.com for embroidery files or to spark ideas.

What is the difference between the Duffer and the Hacker?

The Hacker is an exterior cover with marine-vinyl, and the Duffer is a leather exterior. The Hacker tends to hold up better in humid/moist conditions and is used by all of the college teams we work with and most of the professionals and caddies.

What goes on the outside of the cover versus the inside?

We use embroidery for the outside cover design, and a laser-engraver for the inside of the cover.

What colors can be used for the cover?

For the outside embroidery and exterior stitching, we match almost any color with the best thread. The laser engravings on the inside of the cover are burned into the leather and is only available in black.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of converting an image file into an embroidery file. If we do not have the logo you upload in our database, we will need to digitize the image for a one-time fee.
